We were excited to hear from our client, Dianne. She certainly had a challenge for manjya with needing to feed a crowd for her daughter’s 30th birthday party. The meal had to be gluten-free and vegan. Along with some food allergy restrictions, this was not an easy task.
Through manjya, Dianne was connected with Chef Marc Bery. The note we received from Dianne after her party speaks volumes to the incredibly professional and on-task job that Chef Marc delivered.

We are proud of the job that Chef Marc did for Dianne on behalf of manjya. He put his culinary knowledge to the test when accommodating specific food restrictions for this event. Dianne told us, “He instantly sent me a list of 12-15 viable options to choose from. His expertise and recommendations were perfect.” Her mind was at ease when Chef Marc told her, “that all of his equipment had been sterilized so that there would no cross contamination of food”. This was such a relief for Dianne as the host when she had to consider her guests’ food allergies.

“His meals were aromatic, appetizing to the palate and beautifully plated. The servings were ample and there were even some left overs for the birthday girl. My family is still talking about how flavourful and absolutely delicious the various dishes were”.
