PERSONAL BACKGROUND

I made a career change a few years back. From banking to Personal Chef. I went to Chef schools – Liaison and George Brown for Culinary and Baking and Pastry Arts respectively. I’m very active on the Loblaw’s, Longo’s and LCBO circuits as well as personal and professional gigs. I love to cook to my client’s tastes and am constantly experimenting with recipes and ideas. Chef Chris was friendly and professional, and the menu he suggested was great. Everyone really enjoyed his food and his service.
