Fish Korma Fresh fish filet cooked in an almond and garlic yogurt sauce.
Served over a vegetable studded rice pilaf.
Ginger Pork Sweet Potato Stir Fry Stir fried pork tenderloin strips, sweet potatoes,
red bell peppers and snow peas in a pineapple teriyaki glaze is served over rice.
Mediterranean Beef Strips Seared top sirloin in a rich goat cheese, sundried tomato and
pesto cream sauce. Served over mashed potato with a seasonal vegetable.
Meatballs Stroganoff Seasoned meatballs in a rich sherry, mushroom and beef sauce
served over corn pasta with peas and corn.
Sticky Chicken Spice rubbed chicken is roasted and basted at very low heat over onions
which are blended into a delicious sauce. Served with a seasonal sauteed vegetable mix.
Sweet and Sour Pork A classic family pleaser of lean pork and vegetables in a sweet and sour sauce,
made a little more sophisticated with hints of ginger and sesame. Served over basmati rice.
Cedar Planked Salmon Salmon filet is cured and then hot smoked on a cedar plank,
served on a vegetable studded Mediterranean risotto.

Phad Thai Tofu and an abundance of vegetables in a seasoned peanut sauce with rice noodles.
Coconut Red Lentil Curry A silky rich coconut lentil curry flavoured with ginger, cumin,
coriander and turmeric with zucchini and cilantro.
ChickPea and Parmesan Casserole Baked chickpeas and eggs with
rosemary and sage topped with parmesan cheese.
Kidney Bean Curry A Punjabi-style dish using red kidney beans and tomatoes.
Served with seasonal vegetables.
Yellow Split Pea Dahl Yellow split peas cooked with cumin, mustard and turmeric
served over a basmati pilaf with Asian greens.
